We have been feeding Taos since 1990 from a set of wood-shed buildings just north of town on the road to the ski valley. Locals come for the sesame-crust pies and the smoker; visitors find us on the way back down the canyon. Both counters run their own menu and their own hours, and you can eat from either one at the patio tables out back.
