It is not a subtle pizza. The chile carries most of the flavor and the smoked cheese keeps it from turning one-note. If you are ordering for a table that cannot agree, get a Shredder and one plain cheese and everyone ends up eating the Shredder anyway. Available by the slice when the case has it and always as a whole pie.
